Erel has extensive experience in HR management for global companies and has comprehensive experience in Recruitment for intermediate and senior positions globally: East and West Europe, USA, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Erel has a deep understanding of employment law and business culture in the main continents and Europe especially.
She has a large and developed contact network in Israel and globally, working with a variety of companies in a various business fields.

Kobi Eli  |  Partner

Kobi Eli has over 20 years’ experience as a seasoned Vice President and CEO working for global companies both in traditional industries and in the Hi-Tech sector. Kobi’s area of expertise is in supporting managers and organizations looking to diversify as well as providing support, consultancy and management services.
He has vast contacts with the business community as well as in the industrial manufacturing and Hi-Tech fields both in Israel and abroad.
Kobi holds a BA in Marketing and Innovation and an MBA in Organization Consultancy.

 

Our story

ErelHR was founded out of a long friendship and a variety of global projects which Erel and Kobi have managed together. The company is based on a deep understanding of the job market and a passion to continue connecting people.
For years, and as part of our tasks as senior managers in international companies, connecting people has been part of our daily routine.
The act of pairing people to positions gives us immense satisfaction and we feel that a personal recommendation makes this connection more powerful and intimate.
Out of our love for what we do, we have established a company known for its personal connections, reliability and quality which provides an answer to the overflow of information which a manager faces when looking for a high quality candidate for a senior position in his organization.
